- Full 2025 Retreat includes meals: $225 – $450 (Sliding Fee Scale – if you can afford above the minimum of $225 please choose the extra scholarship option when you register below and you will help others attend.)

- A Minimum Deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your place in the October 2025 Men’s gathering.

- Do you need a scholarship? Yes, if the cost is too high, we have some funds available. We want you to come! E-mail Patrick Marsolek to inquire.

- Accomodation will be in tents, campers or in some limited indoor accomodation. Contact Patrick if you have special needs or would like indoor accomodation. If we do have inclement weather, the yurt and the house will also be available!

- This registration is through PayPal. You can use a credit card or a paypal account if you have one.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation letter with additional information about what to bring, location and arrival information and some advanced thoughts before the retreat.
If you cancel before September 2nd, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after September 2nd, you will be refunded all except $50 for processing.
If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund of the deposit and any additional registration fee you have paid.
